Once we open up to the realization that we can choose anything for ourselves, we are flooded with fear. Now we are responsible. Now it's all resting on our heads. If we fail it it's no longer the doing of the Almighty. I totally agree that we weren't given a life purpose at birth, and we have to make a conscious decision as to what we want to do with our lives. Same as you not into the StretchX too much. Walked 5kms instead. As for the diet doing my own thing lots of protein and veggies for sure. do a protein shake after each workout.
